Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Please use the sample first to test if you like it.
  • The purchased product must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • We do not accept returns on opened or used skincare products due to hygiene and safety regulations, so please test out the sample first.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at azuliskin@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. If eligible, we’ll provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding original shipping fees, if any).

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or fulfillment error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at azuliskin@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We’ll make it right!
