Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another with tracking details once it ships.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States. We are offering FREE shipping for the first 500 customers as part of our launch.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, email us immediately at azuliskin@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to catch it before the order ships.

Subscription

If you select a subscription then we will automatically deliver on each day of the month selected.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Azuli Skincare products, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • Please use the sample first to test if you like it. The purchased product must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • We do not accept returns on opened or used skincare products due to hygiene and safety regulations, so please test out the sample first.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@azuliskincare.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If eligible, we’ll provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding original shipping fees, if any).

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or fulfillment error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at azuliskin@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We’ll make it right!
