Do your products have a beefy smell?

Not at all. Unlike many tallow-based products that use many parts of the cow to render their tallow, our tallow comes from the cleanest part and has been wet rendered to the point where there is no smell. This extra step completely purifies the tallow, leaving it odorless, while maintaining all the key nutrients and benefits for your skin!

Our formula is gentle on sensitive skin because we don't adding artificial fragrance is a NO NO.

What to do if my jar is stuck?
  • Avoid unscrewing the lid, as it breaks the vacuum seal and disrupts the pump function
  • In the beginning, it can take 10+ pumps to prime the system

  • Find the hole at the bottom of the jar.
  • Use a thin object (like a paperclip) to gently push up from the bottom of the inner jar until it pops out.
  • With the inner jar removed, use the same paperclip to push up the plate at the bottom of the inner jar.
  • Once reassembled, prime again with a few pumps. It should start dispensing normally.

What do I do if it has melted?

Try to store it in room temperature or in a cool area, since all our formulas are oil based they can melt in really high temperatures. If it does happen, put it in the fridge for a while and it's ready to use! You may take a step further and even rewhip it! Otherwise, we are also happy to send in a new one, just contact us within 30 days of purchase.
Can Azuli products replace my multi-step skincare routine?
